Stepfamily Coaching
Dr. Jennings offers in-person, telephone and/or e-mail coaching for adults who wish to maximize their potential as parents and stepparents. This is a paid service for people who seek to grow, are able to reach decisions through collaboration, and wish to follow a sequence of steps to meet goals of increased competence, commitment, and confidence.

Stepfamily coaching uses inquiry and personal discovery to build a sense of awareness and responsibility. Coaching provides parents and stepparents with structure, support, and feedback. Unlike psychotherapy, which often deals with emotional or behavioral problems, coaching moves successful, well-functioning people toward higher levels of achievement.
